​How do I

place an order?

You can place an order by clicking on the product in which you wish to buy. You will indicate any specifications and hit add to cart and purchase through our secure channels.

Payment

& Shipping

Empress Tingz currently ships to all 50 states in the USA. We also ship internationally.

Once an order is processed, we begin working on your order in the order received. It may take up to 5 business days before an item is shipped and 2 to 3 days for shipping. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. During sales and promotions, please allow for 7 business days of processing time as our volumes are high and all products are freshly handcrafted.

All payments go through secure channels. You can rest assured that your payment information is safe and will not be shared with a third party.

Returns

& Refunds

All sales are final,No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

We offer the Custom make option for some designs in which you are able to get the design custom made uniquely for you! Please look at size options on drop down menu to see if that design is available in the custom option. This guarantees the best fit and eliminates needing an exchange. 

 

Due to the fact each piece is hand made, Empress Tingz does not accept returns or exchanges at this time.  It is imperative you select the right size and review your order correctly before submitting. 

We will grant exchanges for non custom items, if we are at fault. Your item must be sent back within a 14 day window to be approved by Empress Tingz. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at empresstingz@outlook.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Are Empress Tingz' products chemical free?

Yes. We use natural, quality-driven ingredients in each of our products. Our product are free of dyes, artificial coloring, and artificial fragrances.
